Synopsis
Souparnika Express is a train on its maiden run between Chennai and Mangalore. On board are three girls, each famous in her own way. Naadia is India's most famous rifle shooter. Shreyamani is a reporter with NDTV. Thulasimani is a well known dancer. The three board the train at Coimbatore. Shortly before it roles into Kerala, the three girls are killed. When two years of enquiry produces no results, Sharafudeen Tharamasi, SP, Railway Anti-Corruption Task Force is put in charge of the case. His enquiry finally unravels the mystery behind the murders.

Suresh Gopi plays the lead role of Sharafudeen Tharamasi, while Kavya Madhavan does the role of Naadiya. The film is scripted by AK Sajan, whose last effort was Chinthamani Kola Case. While the film is an investigative thriller with considerable amount of suspense (as can be expected when AK Sajan teams up with Director K Madhu), it also delves into the lives of the three victims. The film will be released under the Krishna Kripa banner, and is expected to hit the screens in the third week of July.
